How will my fish be delivered?

Your fish will be bagged using pure oxygen then securely packed into a polystyrene box lined with newspaper for insulation. For all tropical fish, we will then add a heat pack and seal the lid onto the poly box. This will then be placed into a cardboard box with a 'Caution, Livestock' label on it. The package will then be delivered overnight to your door via our courier, APC. You will receive emails to keep you updated as to the status of your order. All APC deliveries can be tracked on-line through the APC website

Is there a limit to how many fish I can buy?

We cannot and would not impose any buying limits on you but we would ask that you be aware that your tank, its inhabitants and the condition in which they are kept will place their own limits on you. We would suggest that you do not buy too many fish per tank at any one time: this will allow your filter to catch up with the new waste levels. This is even more important if your tank is less than 3 months old. However, you know your set-up and, ultimately, you are the boss and we are not the fish police.

Do you stock marines?

Due to high demand we are in the process of organising a marine section (and a brackish water section too). When the time comes this will include both fish and corals with as many oddities as possible. We love the weird and the wonderful as much as you do…just give us time, we'll have the lot so keep checking back with us and feel free to mail us with any requests. But, before you ask, no we will not be getting any Great White Sharks!

Can you order a particular fish for me?

As mentioned above, we love all the weird and the wonderful creatures that inhabit the watery world, however, some of these animals are fairly difficult to come by…others cannot be obtained by legal means and are, therefore, best left in the rivers or oceans. If you do have a special request you can mail us using contact form and we will see if we can source it for you. If we can find it we will let you know and, if necessary, make any special arrangements.
